Terms and Conditions
- Orders and Deposits: We reserve the right to accept or decline any order in whole or in part. Orders may not be canceled by the customer without our consent. A deposit may be required at our discretion.
- Delivery and Risk: Delivery is arranged at the customer’s expense. Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch of goods. Any delivery dates provided are estimates. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due within the period stated on the invoice (or 14 days if no period is stated). We may charge a 2.5% monthly interest rate on overdue payments. We may suspend or terminate the supply of goods if payment obligations are not met.
- Ownership of Goods: We retain ownership of the goods until full payment is received. The customer must not deal with the goods in any way inconsistent with our ownership.
- Privacy: We may disclose customer information to credit reporting agencies for the purposes of assessing creditworthiness and collecting overdue payments.
Policies
- Returns: We may (at our discretion) accept goods for credit, but this may incur a handling fee of 25% of the value of the returned goods plus any freight.
- Errors and Omissions: We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions on invoices and credit notes.
- Product Availability: We reserve the right to rescind the agreement if raw materials are unavailable or if product specifications change.
- Price Variations: Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in the value of the Australian dollar, changes in tax rates, or changes in product specifications.
